Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item should be in the condition in which it was received, with any included accessories or packaging when reasonably possible. Some items may be non-returnable for health, hygiene, safety, customization, or other product-specific reasons. Contact us before sending any return.

How to request a return

Email support@theywouldneversuspect.com with your order number and the reason for the return. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include clear photos when possible. We will provide return instructions if the request is approved. Do not send a return to an address without authorization.

Return shipping

For approved returns involving an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide or cover the appropriate return shipping when a return is required. For approved preference or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we specifically agree otherwise in writing.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post a refund after it is issued.
