Shipping Policy

Crowndbody, LLC fulfills orders for They Would Never Suspect It through U.S.-based fulfillment locations and ships to customers in the United States and eligible international destinations.

When orders ship

Orders are generally prepared to ship within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. This is the time it normally takes for an order to be processed and handed off for shipment; it is not a promise that the order will be delivered within 1–2 business days. Weekends, holidays, order verification, inventory issues, unusually high order volume, or carrier disruptions can affect timing.

Shipping options and charges

Available shipping methods, rates, and any order-value qualifications are shown at checkout based on the items in your cart and delivery destination. Please review the checkout shipping option before placing your order.

Delivery timing

Transit and delivery times vary by destination, carrier, service level, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside our control. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in tracking is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless the selected carrier service expressly states otherwise.

International shipping

We ship outside the United States to destinations that are available at checkout. International availability can vary by product and destination. Import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or similar charges may apply depending on local rules. These amounts may be collected at checkout or by a carrier or government authority and are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout, applicable law, or our written instructions state otherwise.

Split shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately when they are fulfilled from different locations or become ready at different times. When tracking is available, shipment confirmation information will be sent for the applicable package.

Tracking and delivery questions

When a tracking number is available, it will be provided after shipment. Tracking activation timing is controlled by the carrier and may not be immediate. For questions about an order, email support@theywouldneversuspect.com with your order number.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, including our 30-day return window and free authorized return shipping for eligible approved returns.
